Thank you so much for considering us for your big day. In order to protect both you and our business, we have the following Terms and Conditions on all purchases. By making a purchase from Boomerang Blooms, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Rental agreement

All items are rented for a period of 8 days, beginning 5 days before the scheduled event date and ending 2 days after the scheduled event date. All items will be returned to Boomerang Blooms at the end of the rental period in the same condition they were received.

Property will be sent back to Boomerang Blooms in the original packaging materials using the provided prepaid postage label. If the return date falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $25 late fee will be charged per day that items are outstanding.

Cancellation and amendment policy

We recognize that in these uncertain times, plans can change. We will refund the full amount paid if a cancellation is received prior to 90 days of the event date. We will refund 50% of the amount paid if cancellation is received prior to 14 days of the event date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for any cancellation within 14 days. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@boomerangblooms.com.

Changes to an existing order can be made up to 14 days before the event date as long as the total order price does not change. We will do our best to accommodate all changes, but late changes are subject to availability.

Condition of goods

Reasonable wear and tear (e.g., individual broken flowers or stains) is expected, and Boomerang Blooms will refresh and sanitize each item between rentals. The customer will be liable for any damage beyond repair or loss of items, and will be charged an additional fee representing 250% of the rental cost of the item.
